and fit for purpose and that all activities are carried out with the aim
of exceeding customer expectation.
The Company recognises the need for a total quality system to be
implemented throughout if it is to satisfy customer requirements, the
requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice and the MHRA. This is
achieved by a structured quality management system that covers
activities from the receipt of an enquiry through preparation of a
Technical Agreement, the production and liaison to after sales.
Quality is seen as the collective responsibility of all personnel and
the Company's policy of Total Quality, is achieved by the commitment and
team effort of all employees and is underpinned with regular training.
